We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

If the item is returned and meets all of the above conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement.
